How the directional score works

Answered-question formula

Score = answered points earned ÷ answered points possible × 100, rounded to a whole number. Unanswered questions are not counted.

Display correction

The source calculation remains intact, but the visible result and copy action stay unavailable until at least three answers are present.

The source’s comparative “better than most” statement was removed because no supporting benchmark is present. No replacement benchmark was invented.

Lead response self-assessment FAQ

What is a good lead response score?

The source bands label 85-100 Strong, 70-84 Solid but improvable, 40-69 Leaky and 0-39 High Risk. These are transparent tool bands, not an industry benchmark.

Why must I answer at least three questions?

A one-answer percentage can look complete while representing only one category. The migration keeps the source formula but withholds the displayed result until three answers exist.

Does this prove conversion performance?

No. It reviews process answers and does not claim a conversion lift, market benchmark or operational outcome.
