Legal information

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information LumioForge processes, why it is used, the service providers involved, and the choices available to you.

Effective: 2026-03-31

Data we process

LumioForge may process information you provide directly, including contact and company details, service inquiries, account or support communications, and information submitted while arranging a Setup Map or service.

When you use the website, limited technical information may also be processed, such as device and browser information, security logs, coarse referral information, and the pages or features used. The booking flow may process the answers and contact details needed to assess fit and arrange a call.

Purposes and legal bases

Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide and improve the requested service, operate and secure the website, arrange bookings, meet contractual or legal obligations, and communicate about an existing relationship.

Depending on the context, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is required. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing.

Cookies and signals

Essential browser storage may be used to keep the booking flow reliable, including a short-lived submission state that prevents accidental duplicate requests. The website does not currently send optional analytics from this rebuild. The cookie policy will describe the consent-controlled analytics implementation before any production activation.

A Calendly booking view is shown only after a likely-fit submission. Calendly may process the details needed to prefill and arrange the requested call under its own privacy terms.

International transfers and vendors

LumioForge uses service providers to host the website, protect and operate the service, handle authorized submissions, and provide booking functionality. Those providers may process information in countries outside your own. Appropriate contractual or legal transfer safeguards are used where required.

Your rights, retention and security

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Some information may need to be retained when required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

LumioForge uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Regional notes, changes and contact

Regional privacy rights may apply in addition to the choices described above. This policy may be updated when the service or legal requirements change; the effective date will be revised when that happens.

The contracting party identified in the current source policy is Roko Bojanic, trading as LumioForge. For a privacy question or rights request, email privacy@lumioforge.com.
